The ADG tuning
on a 3-row button accordion is very well suited for playing a wide range
of Irish and other ethnic folk musics. After working out the techniques
for playing a couple of hundred tunes on my GCF button accordion, I had
the idea to use an ADG. The higher tuning gives every song a lighter
and brighter sound. I'll add more to this page soon. Here are
a few preliminary pictures.
